Springtime Triathlon
Start 7am Kailua-Kona Pier

* Swim: 1/2 mile  2x Laps from the beach out to the
Last Buoy at the end of the Pier, back to the beach
for another Lap.

* Bike: 3x LAPS for a total of 15 hilly miles starting
from Kailua-Kona Pier heading South on Alii Drive,
turning Left at the 3way STOP sign (Hualalai Road)
riding up Hualalai RD. to Highway 19, continue
riding South until Kuakini intersection, turn right
going downhill heading North on the Kuakini
towards Kailua Village, at the Hualalai Rd. & Kuakini
(76 gas station on the ocean side of the intersection)
Turn RIGHT for two more Laps. After 3 Laps return
back to Kailua-Kona Pier for the Run.

* Run: 1x LAP on the Bike course for 6 miles back to
the Kailua-Kona Pier to FINISH.
